We are looking for a talented individual to join our Performance Measurement team. The team is responsible for calculating, analyzing and reporting the performance and attribution figures of the Robeco products to our clients and internal stakeholders. Based in Rotterdam, our team is comprised of six passionate professionals, bringing a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives.
Position
As a Performance Measurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely and high quality performance figures. Next to calculating, analyzing and reporting performance and attribution figures, your responsibilities will include refining these processes to ensure they remain robust and scalable. With frequent interactions with various internal stakeholders, you will have abundant learning opportunities and make a tangible impact on our clients' investment strategies. We value team players who possess excellent communication skills, the ability to distil complex information into clear, understandable terms, and a keen interest in both the investment management industry and technological innovation.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience;
- Bachelor degree or master level;
- Prior exposure to the financial services or asset management sector is considered an asset;
- A tech-savvy mindset, robust analytical abilities, practical approach, and commitment to quality;
- Proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Experience in streamlining processes, for instance, through Excel VBA or Python will be valued;
- Fluent in English, both verbally as well as in writing;
- Effective and professional communication abilities;
- A proactive, adaptable team member who thrives in a collaborative environment.
